MGC assisted Vardar Minerals Ltd. in their mineral exploration activities in Kosovo. Our services included conventional and exploration mapping and sampling; preparation of thematic geological maps (GIS-based); planning of the drilling programme, core logging and sampling; petrography, mineralogy and XRD analyses; analysis of geochemical datasets; interpretation of SWIR data; 3D modelling; assistance in reporting and in preparation of investor presentations; MGC provided services related to preparation of license applicationс for the VM Bulgarian exploration projects.
Main task in our collaboration with Palsatech Global was to develop and later to update a geo-database on the Bulgarian and Serbian exploration and exploitation licenses across all commodities. Other services include purchasing and processing geological data from the Bulgarian, Serbian and North Macedonian Geological Surveys; translating and geo-referencing complete geological map-sets for selected areas on the Balkans (including Bulgaria, Serbia, Kosovo and North Macedonia); an analysis on the Bulgarian mining act, permitting procedures and problems.
Cobre Limited has appointed MGC for its Kalahari Copper Belt projects in Botswana where our involvement was in structural geology core logging on selected drill-holes; structural analysis on the syndeformational copper remobillisation; structural geology consideration for exploration planning and drill-targeting (during a series of technical meetings); petrography, mineralogy and microstructural studies on polished thin-sections from key core-samples.
MGC was invited to join the MSA Group team in a structural geology consultancy project for one of MSA’s client in Kazakhstan. The project included drilling programme planning, core-logging data review, detailed structural study on selected drill holes, analysis of the structural control on the gold mineralisation and 3D model update.
Senior structural geologist from MGC was invited to undertake field visits and analysis on the structural control of the mineralisation in two projects in the eastern Arabian-Nubian Shield, Saudi Arabia.

Remote Exploration Services appointed an MGC senior geologist to join their team in providing extensive exploration services to their clients in Egypt and Angola. In Egypt, in the Western Arabian-Nubian shield, our input in the was in structural geology fieldwork and analysis on the structural control of the mineralisation in several gold targets; detailed alteration mapping; analysis of the potential for a porphyry copper system development; tutoring the local geology team in mapping and structural geology. In Angola, in the western limb of the Central African Copperbelt, an MGC expert led the exploration mapping team in one of the largest projects in what is probably the least explored part of the Copperbelt.
Xpotential Mining Services (XMS) appointed MGC for exploration services in three greenfield projects in Central Africa – the Republic of the Congo and the Central African Republic. Our job included regional geology overview and historical exploration data analysis, mapping, structural interpretation, data integration, exploration targets generation, planning exploration activities, and reporting.
